Refund policy

Effective September 19, 2026

This policy applies to purchases of Onchain Cashflow from Big Chill Trading.

All sales are final

Onchain Cashflow includes immediate access to digital resources, lifetime community access for founding members, and hands-on implementation support. Because that value becomes available as soon as you join, purchases are non-refundable.

Billing or access problems

If you are charged more than once, contact us and we will correct the duplicate charge. If you cannot access the community or included resources, contact us so we can restore access. If we cannot provide the access you purchased, we will issue a refund.
